Message	Here in DE you go to court and they will offer you a plea bargain first. It may help to call an attorney too. Usually $300 to $500 on a speeding charge. I believe in PA, if it was for 30 over, you will also have to attend a class. That may only be after a certain number of points though. Alex 1994 TT Stg V
